CONCEPT
Numerous office buildings from the 60s to 80s are currently being demolished in Hamburg. Helm AG decided against this trend in favour of a complete renovation. The window strip facade was accentuated by a diagonal bend in the parapet strip, emphasising the length of the building. 600 m² of bridge cladding was also installed in addition to the facade.
