CONCEPT
The new SWR media center in Baden-Baden was built as a connecting structure between the existing radio and television buildings. Its clean lines and generous glazing create an elegant, contemporary appearance that exudes transparency and stability in equal measure. The cantilevered steel substructures form the basis for a unique façade design that combines architectural precision and technical sophistication. Only through detailed 3D planning was it possible to coordinate every single joint with millimeter precision, thus creating a harmonious overall appearance.
